1. Introduction:
  1. Whose wisdom was it that appointed man head of woman? 1 Pet. 3:7.
  2. How were the responsibilities accorded man and woman in Eden? Gen. 3:16-17.
  3. What experience did woman have in Eden that brought a curse? Gen. 3:6.
  4. Did the Holy Spirit bind the same restrictions on woman now? 1 Cor. 11:3.
2. Woman's Privileges In The Church:
  1. Why was woman placed in subjection to man? Gen. 3:6.
  2. Is this same subjection to man enforced in the church?
  3. Is this classification of woman a dishonor to her because it is yet unchanged? (Her glory and protection. 1 Pet. 3:5-7).
  4. What restrictions are placed upon women in the churches? 1 Cor. 14:32-35.
  5. Under what conditions are the men also to keep silent? 1 Cor. 14:27-28.
  6. What was it, peculiar to them, that Paul was regulating when he wrote 1 Cor. 14? 1 Cor. 12:1.
  7. Do we have any such spiritual gifts in the church today to be regulated? 1 Cor. 13:8; Acts 8:18.
  8. What prohibition has God placed upon woman regarding teaching and why? 1 Tim. 2:8-15.
  9. After woman had proven her inability to cope with the devil would God permit her to again be exposed? 1 Tim. 2:13-15.
  10. Was it not for her own protection and the glory of God's cause that he forbids her to mount the stand and preach?
3. The public Speaking Woman, Though Intending Well, Will Be Satan's Handy Tool For Mischief:
  1. What would perverse men do in promoting their error? 2 Tim. 3:6-7.
  2. Were these women of the underworld or of loose morals?
  3. Are there not those in the church who want to experiment in new things who because of this silly lust, become willing tools in the hands of men who are dissatisfied with the Lord's plans?
  4. Are these women ever ready for suggestion or change from the usual order of work in the church?
  5. Are women forbidden to offer a public prayer by Paul?
  6. Why did Paul give this instruction to Timothy? 1 Tim. 3:14-15.
  7. Does Paul forbid public service by women where no men are present? Acts 16:13-14.
  8. Do we have any record in the Bible where woman was ever sent to preach, lead public prayer, chosen as an elder, or to be a public leader of any kind in the church?
4. This Does Not Mean That They Cannot Teach A Class, Or Sing; The Whole Church Is To Join In Unison, So Are They To Do In Prayer With The Leader:
  1. Did not the habit of women preaching originate in the same hot bed of easy divorce, free love, and repugnance to childbearing?
  2. Is there anything in the Bible that contradicts the law restricting woman's work?
  3. How does God provide for them to speak? Eph. 5:19; Col. 3:16.
  4. Is a class of children in a private place, or class, any different from being in a private home? Does God forbid her to teach such?
  5. Why did the Holy Spirit come up on the daughters? Acts 2:17-18..
  6. What did Phillip's daughters do? Acts 21:9.
  7. Was this a mistake by the Lord?
  8. What did a man and his wife do for Apollos and how? Acts 18:26.
  9. If a woman could do such teaching then, why can she not do the same now?
  10. How did Phoebe help Paul? Rom. 16:1-2.
  11. How can women labor in the gospel? Phil. 4:3.
